Wedding Photography: Our Service

Firstly, congratulations to you both! Excited? I remember I was. Secondly, we pride ourselves on our wedding photography and service that we provide.

Following your initial wedding photography enquiry, at our first meeting we just love to hear about yourselves and the plans you have for your big day. You will see complete wedding albums and get the chance to see and feel the fantastic quality of the Queensberry wedding albums.

We will have a final meeting just before your wedding day to discuss all the finer details, timings and photographic requirements. The next time we will see you both will be on the day.

Getting ready…nervous…excited…great unobtrusive wedding photos

Come the big day, coverage will start with you getting ready, having your hair and make-up done, sipping a glass of champagne. We will take those detail shots of your dress, shoes, flowers and jewelery - those little details that you spent hours looking for. Should you require your partner to be photographed and find out how much champagne they drunk, you can upgrade to include a second wedding photographer.

From here we will move on to the venue to capture your partner-to-be and guests arriving just before you arrive. As previously mentioned, if you choose two photographers, one will cover the bride’s preparation while the other photographer will photograph the groom and the boys getting ready.

During the ceremony we will capture all those special moments discretely. Photography of the ceremony is at the discretion of the registrar or minister, so we highly recommend you speaking with them at your pre-wedding meeting.

After the ceremony we will take some pictures of you both being congratulated by your family and friends. If you read Our Style you will be aware that we are not group and shoot photographers, however, we do appreciate that you require a record of who was at your wedding.

Having been a groom myself, I am more than aware that you and your guests do not want to stand around for hours having group upon group of pictures taken. You all want to be enjoying the festivities, so we recommend that you keep the formal group shots to six, nominating someone who knows the guests and can help us.

Depending on the coverage your require, we can cover the speeches, cutting of the cake and the first dance and further into the evening if you require. We are flexible in our working to give you the coverage that you want.

Your wedding pictures are put on-line ready for you when you get back from your honeymoon. They do not go live until you tell us your are back, so you will be the first to see them and re-live your wedding day.

You will have a bespoke designed wedding album telling a story of your day. The initial design will be put on-line as slide show and a PDF file will be emailed to you. You can adjust the design and once finalised with your choice of cover etc, your album will be ordered.
